  • 10 ounces white or cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

Step 2

Dredge the chicken breasts lightly in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
