  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro leaves (optional, for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened, then stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, and salt. Cook for another minute until the spices are fragrant.
