  • 0.25 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pecans, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
