  • 3.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2.25 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter

  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter is melted. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to lukewarm.

In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Stir to combine.

Add the milk mixture, egg, and water to the dry ingredients. Beat together until well combined.
