  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the hazelnuts evenly on a baking tray and roast them in the oven for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant.

Remove the hazelnuts from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Rub them in a clean kitchen towel to remove as much of the skin as possible (it's okay if some skin remains).
