  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 12 ounces Egg noodles
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season the beef stew meat with salt and black pepper.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in batches until nicely browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
