  • 8 pounds Bone-in ham (fully cooked)

  • 1 cup Brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh orange zest
  • 0.25 cup Fresh orange juice

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).

Step 2

Place the ham in a large roasting pan, cut side down. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, making shallow cuts about 1 inch apart.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the bourbon, brown sugar, honey, butter, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, orange zest, and orange juice. Stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes smooth. Simmer for 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
