  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 0.25 teaspoons Cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any discolored outer leaves. Slice them in half lengthwise.

Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.

Place the Brussels sprouts and onion slices on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
