Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage
  • 2 cups red cabbage
  • 2 large carrots
  • 4 stalks scallions (green onions)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles (uncooked, crumbled)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green cabbage and red cabbage, and place them into a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

Peel and julienne the carrots, then add them to the bowl with the cabbage.

Finely chop the scallions, including both the white and green parts, and add to the bowl.
