Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 0.5 cup shredded sweetened coconut
  • 1 pinch pinch of salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared pan to form an even crust.

Step 3

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust, spreading it out gently with a spatula if needed.

Step 4

Sprinkle the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, dried cranberries, chopped walnuts (if using), and shredded coconut evenly over the condensed milk layer.

Step 5

Add a small pinch of salt over the top to balance the sweetness.

Step 6

Press down gently on the layers with the back of a spatula or your hands to ensure everything adheres together.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let the bars cool in the pan completely, about 1–2 hours. You can speed this up by placing the pan in the refrigerator once it has reached room temperature.

Step 9

Once cooled, use a sharp knife to cut into 16 squares or smaller pieces as desired. Serve and enjoy!
