  • 1 medium-sized Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Mandarin orange segments (canned or fresh)
  • 0.5 cup Almonds, sliced and toasted
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts evenly with salt and black pepper.
