  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare the glaze by combining hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, grated garlic, and grated ginger.

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
