Directions

Step 1

Mince the garlic and finely chop the green onions.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, hoisin sauce, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, sesame oil, panko breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
