Ingredients

  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • 12 Butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground chicken and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
