  • 1 whole Lime, juiced
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 10 pieces Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

Step 1

Slice the flank steak against the grain into thin strips about 1-inch wide and 4 to 5 inches long.

In a medium bowl, mix together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, and sriracha (if using).
