  • 1 small (optional, finely chopped) Green chili
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Chat masala
  • 0.25 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons (or to taste) Salt

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the cucumber and carrot. Finely chop the cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Grate the carrot using a box grater or food processor.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and grated carrot.
