Ingredients

  • 2 slices Whole grain seeded bread
  • 100 grams Grilled chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Hummus
  • 0.5 medium-sized Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Leafy greens (e.g., spinach or arugula)
  • 0.5 medium-sized Tomato
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Toast the two slices of whole grain seeded bread until golden brown and crispy.

Step 2

While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices and set aside.

Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each slice of toasted bread.
