  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mexican cheese blend
  • 4 pieces Large whole wheat tortillas

  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Fresh cilantro (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly grease it with the olive oil.
