  • 1 cup Reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded
  • 12 slices Turkey pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil (optional, for brushing crust)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a large baking sheet or pizza stone with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
