  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 1 small Red onion, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons Spicy mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.
