  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 75 grams Brown sugar
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, sift together the whey protein powder, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
