Ingredients

  • 500 g Lean ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves, minced Garlic
  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 g Oat flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp, fresh chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, and oat flour.

Step 2

Crack the egg into the mixture and add in the Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.

Step 3

Using your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Try not to overmix as this can make the patties tough.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into patties about 1 cm thick each.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the patties to the pan. Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
