  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the red bell peppers in half, remove the seeds and cores.

Place the pepper halves cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
