  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 unit red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 unit green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 unit red onion, cut into chunks
  • 8 units wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to form a marinade.
