  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 6 medium Red potatoes, quartered
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, 1 teaspoon of salt, and black pepper.
