Directions

Step 1

Start by crumbling the paneer in a bowl. Add the skimmed milk powder to the crumbled paneer and mix well until combined into a smooth dough.

Divide the paneer dough into small, equal portions and shape them into flat, round discs.

In a large saucepan, bring 500 ml of low-fat milk to a boil.
