  • 500 grams lean ground beef or turkey

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 100 grams olives, sliced
  • 200 grams cooked quinoa
  • 250 ml low-fat milk
  • 600 grams corn kernels
  • 30 grams whey protein powder
  • 100 grams cheese, grated (optional)
  • 0 to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Step 3

Finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, then add them to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the ground beef or turkey to the skillet and cook until fully browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
