  • 150 grams nutella
  • 100 grams sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the whey protein powder, all-purpose flour, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.

Step 3

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking vigorously until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Step 4

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a small amount of butter to coat the pan.
