Ingredients

  • 200 grams chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coriander (cilantro), chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the egg whites. Beat them together with the milk until the mixture is smooth and consistent.

Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
