  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring 250 ml of water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat and add the whole wheat couscous, stirring quickly. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
