Ingredients

  • 200 grams chicken breast
  • 200 grams beef sirloin
  • 200 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 100 grams bean sprouts
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast and beef sirloin into thin strips. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry. Set aside.

Step 2

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

Step 4

In the same wok, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 4 minutes. Remove the beef and set aside.

Step 5

Add shrimp to the wok and stir-fry until pink and cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the chicken and beef.

Step 6

In the same wok, add the remaining vegetable oil. Add the garlic, ginger, and onion, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 7

Add the green and red bell peppers, and carrot to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Step 8

Return the cooked meats to the wok and add the bean sprouts. Stir everything together.

Step 9

Add the cooked noodles into the mixture, followed by the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together to combine well.

Step 10

Pour the cornstarch slurry over the noodle mixture. Stir well until the sauce thickens slightly and everything is heated through.

Step 11

Garnish with chopped green onions, stir, and serve hot.
