Ingredients

  • 120 ml water
  • 60 g unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 75 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 g vanilla whey protein powder
  • 250 ml skim milk
  • 20 g cornstarch
  • 40 g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to low and add the flour all at once. Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan, about 2 minutes.

Transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Beat in eggs one at a time until the dough is smooth and glossy. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.

Pipe 2-inch long logs onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
