Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini muffin paper liners.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.

Add the eggs, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey (or maple syrup) to the mashed bananas. Mix well until fully combined.
