  • 0.25 cup Unsalted butter, melted

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 0.25 cup Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.

In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, whey protein powder, granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt. Mix until well combined to form a crumbly dough.
