Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.

Step 3

Add the eggs, almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onion, and minced garlic to the meat mixture.

Step 4

Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste.

Step 5

Using your hands, mix all ingredients together until well combined, but do not overmix.

Transfer the meat mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf, approximately 9 inches by 5 inches.
