  • 0.5 medium Red onion, sliced
  • 60 grams Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, and black pepper.
