Ingredients

  • 1 cup Quinoa flour
  • 1 scoop Whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ground chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the quinoa flour, whey protein powder, ground chia seeds, nutritional yeast, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are mixed thoroughly.

Step 3

Add the water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms. If the dough is too crumbly, add a teaspoon of water at a time until it holds together.

Step 4

Place the dough on a large piece of parchment paper. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and roll out the dough to about 1/8-inch thick using a rolling pin.

Step 5

Carefully remove the top piece of parchment paper. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to cut the dough into small chip-sized rectangles or your preferred shape.

Step 6

Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the chips start to turn golden brown.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let the chips cool completely on the baking sheet. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.

Step 9

Once cool, break apart any chips that may have stuck together and serve immediately, or store in an airtight container for later.
