Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 whole Lemon
  • 2 sprigs Fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 4 whole Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 250 grams Cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams Green beans
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a large roasting tray.

Step 3

Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and season with salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Cut the lemons in half. Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken and slice the other one into rounds for later.

Step 5

Tuck the rosemary and thyme sprigs around the chicken breasts.

Step 6

Peel and smash the garlic cloves with the side of a knife and add them to the tray.
