  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup whole wheat macaroni
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
