  • 0.5 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the chicken. Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to an even thickness using a meat mallet.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Rub this mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
