Directions

Step 1

Begin by finely chopping the red onion and garlic cloves. Set them aside.

In a food processor, add the chicken breast and pulse until the chicken is ground to your desired consistency.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, oats, chopped red onion, garlic, and parsley.
