  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 medium bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
  • 10 pieces wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
