  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium Cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
