Ingredients

  • 500 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 150 grams Mixed baby greens (arugula, spinach, and watercress)

  • 100 grams Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 50 grams Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper on both sides.
