  • 150 grams Cooked chicken breast
  • 2 units Large eggs
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 20 grams Almond flour
  • 5 grams Psyllium husk
  • 75 grams Chopped fresh spinach
  • 0.5 units Avocado
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground black pepper
  • 1 spray Olive oil cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Step 2

Add grated Parmesan cheese, almond flour, and psyllium husk to the eggs. Mix well to form a batter.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with olive oil cooking spray.

Step 4

Pour half of the batter into the skillet, tilting the pan to spread it evenly into a thin layer. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is set and golden brown. Gently flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. Repeat with the remaining batter to create the second wrap.
