  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 High protein English muffins
  • 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh dill
  • 4 cups Water

Directions

Step 1

Fill a large saucepan with 4 cups of water and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Add the white wine vinegar to the water.

Crack each egg into a small bowl. Gently slide the eggs into the simmering water and poach them for about 3-4 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are runny. Remove them with a slotted spoon and set aside.
