  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 peppers Red bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion Red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini Zucchini, sliced into thick rounds
  • 10 skewers Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes if using to prevent burning.

Cut the chicken and beef into 1-inch cubes.
