  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup Canned corn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh chives
  • 2 tablespoons Oil

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk together cornmeal, all-purpose flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
