  • 50 grams Whey protein powder (vanilla flavored)
  • 100 grams Almond butter
  • 70 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Almond milk
  • 30 grams Sliced almonds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the almond flour, whey protein powder, baking powder, and salt. Mix well using a whisk or fork to break any lumps.
