  • 0.5 piece Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the chicken. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine 1.5 tablespoons of curry powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper.
